Presentation Application

Submission of Poster Presentation Materials
  • Submit a Video (5-minute or less) and a Poster (PDF) via email to [email protected].
  • Submission Deadline: November 11 (Sun)

Guidelines for Concurrent Sessions and Poster Presentations
  • Concurrent Session Presentations: 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation & 5 minutes for Q&A) per session conducted live via Zoom
  • Poster Presentations: One Video (5 minutes of less) per presentation posted on the website and/or streamed live via Zoom during the symposium.
